Jesus, the Living Word.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
                                           John 1:1-4

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.
                                            John 1:14

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
                                        Colossians 2:9

In these last days God has spoken to us in His Son Jesus, God in the flesh (Hebrews 1:1-3). As Jesus told His disciples, "He that has seen Me, has seen the Father" (John 14:9).
Many false religions have invented a Jesus that fits into their "theology", but in fact is a departure from the biblical revelation of Christ. Their Jesus is nothing more than a "golden calf", an idol of their own invention. We are warned that to depart from the teaching of Christ, is to lose God, but to walk in the biblical revelation of who Jesus Christ is, is to have both the Father, and the Son (2 John 1:9).
We must be certain that we are pursuing the right Jesus!
